Ultra Eloquence 合成器。
就是大家熟悉的 VVTTS。
现在国外大神制作出的最新版本，
支持中文，支持NVDA便携版，无需安装sapi4与VVTTS两个组件。
首先，卸载之前安装的eloquence合成器插件。
然后运行ultraeloquence.nvda-addon
跟安装其他插件一样。
如果你有自定义的字典文件，不要运行dictinstaller.exe，
它会删除原有的字典文件。
请根据实际需要运行dictinstaller.exe导入修正文件。

    这个到不错，只是不知道为什么，英文的字母读起来有些问题。

      可以用VVTTS 6.4.1.0的chs50.syn文件替换这个插件里面的chs.synw文件。
